In cooperation with Petlja Foundation, Connectis Tower has selected educational institutions for the implementation of an education support program in Novi Pazar, aimed at improving STEM education and encouraging students’ interest in careers in science and technology.
As part of the open call for schools, five educational institutions have been selected to receive STEM equipment tailored to their specific needs, as well as educational workshops titled “Careers in STEM,” with a special focus on encouraging girls’ participation in STEM fields.
The following schools have been selected for support through the program:
The program was designed to introduce students to STEM careers through hands-on activities, conversations with professionals, and opportunities to explore the possibilities offered by science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Special emphasis has been placed on empowering girls and building their confidence for future careers in these fields.
Through the donation of equipment and the implementation of workshops, schools will receive additional support to improve teaching, develop practical activities, and engage a larger number of students in STEM-related content.
The selected schools will be contacted directly regarding the next steps in the project implementation, including defining the equipment donations, organizing and scheduling the workshops, and coordinating logistical details related to the implementation of activities.
Connectis Tower operates in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro as an independent telecommunications infrastructure development and management company, with a focus on responsible and sustainable engagement in local communities.
